I haven't just been in HR and Recruitment in the past 15 years —I've been a guide to many ambitious professionals to find their purpose and how to skyrocket their careers (basically doing it as I really want everyone to do the job they love as I do).

I've come a LONG way from being a Senior HR Business Partner in the Construction industry in the Middle East, then pivoting to Tech and launching a Boutique Recruitment Agency in the UAE. I had the privilege to work with some of the most groundbreaking startups shaping the future of the region.

Starting in 2023, I noticed a big, glaring gap in the market: the need for focused programs for professionals on a strategy for a better and faster way to land their dream job in the top UAE Tech companies.

I launched Jobcatchr as an Exclusive Career Coaching program to help other Senior to Mid-level professionals land their Dream jobs in the UAE's Top Tech Companies.

The bottom line? Finding your dream job in the thriving UAE tech market is possible when you have the right strategy and accountability, and that's exactly what I want - empowering you with the tools and insights you need to thrive.

My mission is simple: to discover the “gems” in the tech talent pool and connect them with the most innovative tech companies shaping the future in the Middle East.
